Tastes good and works great in recipes. It is my go to for keto desserts.I love hot chocolate in the morning. But finding a low carb low sugar is hard. This fits the bill. Have purchased this item 5 plus timesThe taste is fantastic! It is my way to get hot cocoa without all the calories or carbs. Outstanding for mixing with collagen peptides. Must mix well with hot water.I have lots of experience with sugar-free stuff, and I know that chocolate is the hardest to get right. But, having said, this stuff gets it wrong, not enough chocolate and too bitter. It is easy to mix, and is more than sweet enough, but at the expense of that heavy oily/bitter flavor we all know so well. More sweetener than chocolate may be the problem here. For the price, I was hoping for a cleaner sweetness. Adding a couple Tbsp of oat milk didn't help.And as an added bonus, the packaging sucks. The product is a -very- fine powder. The envelope is one of those zip-loc bags with a tear-off top extension, and the tear-off portion of the bag was full of powder. I shook it, bounced it, and opened it inside a larger plastic bag. The stuff is still all over my shirt cuffs, and the zip-loc grooves are so clogged that the bag won't seal.Overall, no thank you. Try the Diabetic Kitchen stuff instead, it's a little harder to mix, but tastes a lot better, more choc, less sweetener, and less mess.I love the taste and ingredients of this chocolate mix! Please restock real soon! I have tried other brands that are much more expensive but not as good. Please keep them coming!Love the flavor. Tried switching back to cheaper chocolate milk powders made with milk and just didn't like that style of sweetness anymore. This stuff is more subtle, and possibly more enjoyable to mature palates (I like all sorts of bitter and sour things, my spouse does not and also does not prefer this over Swiss Miss).My only hangup is the packaging. It has one of those plastic zipper closures that requires dusting and enormous strength and patience to get working properly. Probably going to find a separate container just for this stuff so I don't have to deal with the hassle.This was the perfect solution for hot chocolateYummy!I am using this in my coffee along with heavy whipping cream and it's delicious! It's rich and chocolatey, a bit sweeter than I prefer, but being keto I don't like really sweet things anymore. No horrible aftertaste. Good purchase.When you open for the first time, be prepared for powder to fly out... it was EVERYWHERE. Maybe if you aggressively tap it down before opening, this can be avoided. Other reviews mention zip closure pretty much worthless, I think that's a fair point. I have Tupperware, canisters and large ziplock bags to keep this magical concoction fresh, it certainly won't go to waste!
