I got the A1 frames. For me, these act as fashion glasses, which is what I based my 5-star rating on.Haven't tried driving with these at night. I've walked with them on at nighttime, though, and noticed these made lights look brighter. So I guess it'd be easier to notice lights while driving at night. Haven't tried this out, though.I wear these during the day time when it's cloudy. It does nothing to fight the sun, so I can't wear these when they're sunny.They're a nice size! I was so happy that they fit my face. I'm a woman but my head is kind of wide, so usually men's glass sizes fit me better. As an example for comparison, I have aviator eyeglasses from Warby Parker, but they are kind of tight on my face and look a bit small, because the width is not long enough to fit my face. But these are perfect.I think I look sick wearing these. It's a beautiful sunny yellow. I'm very happy with this purchase. Worn these about five times so far, 0-1 hours each time, and they're still in good condition. I think it's a great $20 investment for what I've gotten out of it so far!Does help reduce the glare from oncoming traffic, not significantly but enough for me to drive comfortably!I have severe light sensitivity and driving in the dark peoples headlights and the overhead lights are terrible for me that I can hardly focus on the road, I need to look at the white line on the right because looking forward is too difficult when a car passes. These help 100% with headlights but they don't do much for overhead lights for me. I just put my sun viser down for that. I wasn't sure how they would be just driving down the road without any lights around or anything and that it would be harder to see, but its not, they just kind of put a yellow hew on the road. I would recommend these for night driving so far. Only complaint is they don't help with overhead lights but that's it.After wearing contacts or glasses for nearly 40 years I had two cataract surgeries in January. Everything was suddenly more clear and brighter. Naturally lights during night driving were brighter too. I discussed purchase of night driving glasses with my surgeon and he had no problem with it. His only recommendation was to get some that were polarized. After much shopping I settled on this pair and am very pleased with my decision. They are really helpful in softening the glare of lights and making everything more pronounced. Also very lightweight. Sometimes I forget to take them off when arriving at my destination! I might add: I don't need any corrective lenses anymore. I read the newspaper with no assistance. RGBHaving never purchased night vision glasses before I did not know what to expect. They arrived on time and in very nice packaging with extra glass cass. The glasses fit over your glasses well, except the bridge of the nose is little thick. I find them a little more effective with glasses vs. contacts. The glasses do reduce the bright headlights and make it much easier to drive at night. They were very effective in the rain. Purchased a set for my brother.Driving at night, halos and starbursts of bright headlight makes my eyes tired. So, I wanted a really good pair of yellow, "night vision", "polarized" glasses, do not darken the view while reducing glare. The glasses are well protected by the hard box, come with a nice glasses pouch and a cloth for cleaning. In the specs it says they are polarized, I tried testing them with the test card. Without the glasses, you could barely see the image, while testing with these yellow shades, they allow you to see the image fully. I have been using them for several nights, they do cut down the glare, improve my vision. I do not have to squeeze my eyes when another car is coming towards me now. They are really functional&helpful products.Worth it for the priceVery Comfortable & Effective! These are fantastic for night-time and inclement weather driving. I got 2 pairs for me and my husband. This makes a world of difference for driving in the early morning and evening hours. We have noticed as we have gotten older we tend to be more sensitive to the ever increasing bright headlights manufacturers are installing. I had purchased a visor with a pull-down shield that helped, but this is optimal and less hassle. I think anyone who has a sensitivity to light, especially if it causes headaches/migraines needs these glasses. They are well-made and designed, nothing cheap here. They come with a nice case, sleeve, and cleaning cloth.
